Karrie Davis has teamed with Natalie Arnett, another lifelong Shawnee resident, in order to render the highest degree of customer service.  Karrie and Natalie are both full-time Realtors who truly enjoy their career choice.  They take full advantage of the premier advertising and web-sites available thru the local and national Prudential Real Estate affiliation.  Additionally, they are members of two Multiple Listing Services and have integrated popular social networking sites into their marketing efforts.  When servicing buyers, Karrie and Natalie work together selflessly to assure their customers get the care and attention everyone deserves in the buying process. 

Karrie graduated from Shawnee High School in 1982.  She and her husband Steve have raised three children in Shawnee and have been married for 25 years.  Karrie graduated from Rose State College with a degree in Nursing and enjoyed working as a registered nurse in emergency medicine before beginning her Real Estate career.
